• 06 nights' accommodation in the below-mentioned 4-star properties or similar with Daily Continental Breakfast (Breakfast includes Bread with Butter, Jam, Cereals, Juice, Milk & Coffee) and 05 Indian Jain / Vegetarian / Non-Vegetarian Dinners, 1 Local Dinner
• Note: Packed lunches, if applicable, will be Jain / vegetarian. In certain places, there is a possibility of providing cash out to the passengers instead of packed lunches
• The price includes all local taxes and services as of October 15, 2025.
• Cost of insurance for the duration of the tour.
• All transfers and extensive excursions with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by a deluxe air-conditioned coach.
• A professional, friendly, and multilingual tour manager or a local representative will provide services throughout the tour. (Subject to minimum 15 customers).

• Tipping is customary for service providers such as coach drivers, local guides, hotel staff, and restaurant personnel. A mandatory tip of EUR 3 per person, per day, applies. For the entire duration of this tour, which is 7 days, the total tip amount is EUR 21 per person to be paid to the tour manager on day 01 of the tour.
• The cost of a basic travel quota is equivalent to USD 250,000.
• Government taxes and any additional statutory charges as applicable
• Porterage Services.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, wines, mineral water, beverages not included in the group menu, minibar usage, telephone charges, and similar incidentals.
• Meals other than those specified in the itinerary
• Costs of optional excursions, additional sightseeing, entrance fees, or local guides not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Private airport transfers and expenses for suggested or optional tours not included in the main program
• Any Entrances fees other than mentioned
• Anything not mentioned in inclusions

Child Policy:

• Minors must always travel accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. If traveling with another adult, a signed authorization from the parent or guardian is required, confirming the minor is allowed to travel with the designated adult, who assumes full responsibility
• The following discounts apply only if requested before the start of the tour, are valid for one child per adult aged 3 to 15, and can only be combined with the triple room discount:
• Children under 3 years old: 80% discount. The discount only includes a seat on the coach and travel insurance, as detailed in the coverage and exclusions section. Any additional services (e.g., cribs) must be requested and paid directly to the provider by the parents or guardians. The Cruise Series tours accept minors based on their requests and the availability of suitable cabins. Important: On privatized or “Trip Styles” tours, it is mandatory to inform us in advance if a minor is traveling, as the tour’s feasibility depends on the availability of an approved child restraint system.
• Children aged 3 to 8 years: 40% discount on regular group tours by coach (not applicable to privatized catalog tours or “Trip Styles” tours).
• Children between the ages of 9 and 15 are eligible for a 10% discount on standard group coach tours; this discount does not apply to "Trip Styles" or privatized catalog tours.

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

• You will receive the booking confirmation with the flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
•  Hotel confirmation, land voucher, and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
• Please carry your original travel documents while traveling, like a valid passport with a valid UAE residence permit, an Emirates ID card, hard copies of your flight ticket, a hotel and land confirmation voucher, a vaccination certificate, a PCR test if required, travel insurance, and other related documents.
• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

•  Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point. We greatly appreciate your earliest confirmation.
•  Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs., and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• We act as facilitators for making travel arrangements and are not responsible for the granting or rejection of customer entry into any country. The sole decision rests with the concerned embassy or airline. We cannot be held liable for the same.
• As a travel company, we are not responsible for any changes or cancellations in flights made by the airlines. Cancellations due to any natural calamity, a pandemic, or any natural calamity leading to force majeure or lockdown in the destination, resulting in flight or hotel cancellation, will be subject to the refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

•         The total flight and hotel costs are required at the time of booking.
•        The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure, failing which the services may be released.
