Day 1

Arrival in Kangra And Transfer to Dalhousie

Arrive at Kangra and proceed to Dalhousie, a picturesque hill station known for its colonial-era charm and pine-clad valleys. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.

Day 2

Dalhousie Sightseeing And Khajjiar Excursion

Explore Dalhousie’s highlights starting with a visit to Khajjiar, famous for its lush meadows and scenic landscapes. Visit the historic St. John's Church and St. Francis Church, known for their colonial architecture. Later, head to Panchpula, a refreshing natural attraction surrounded by streams and greenery.

Day 3

Dalhousie to Dharamshala Enroute Sightseeing

Drive to Dharamshala, a beautiful destination known for Tibetan culture and mountain views. On the way or after arrival, visit the scenic Bhagsu Falls and explore Naddi, offering panoramic views of the Dhauladhar ranges. (Optional revisit to St. John's Church if missed earlier.)

Day 4

Dharamshala Local Sightseeing

Begin your day with blessings at Chamunda Devi Temple, a revered spiritual site. Later, visit the iconic HPCA Stadium, one of the most scenic cricket stadiums in the world with breathtaking mountain backdrops.

Day 5

Dharamshala And Dhauladhar Viewpoint

Enjoy a relaxed day exploring the stunning Dhauladhar Viewpoint, offering mesmerizing views of the snow-capped Dhauladhar Range. Perfect for photography, nature walks, and peaceful moments in the lap of the Himalayas.

Day 6

Dharamshala to Amritsar Sightseeing Tour

Travel to Amritsar and visit the sacred Golden Temple, the holiest site in Sikhism known for its spiritual aura and community kitchen (Langar). Pay tribute at Jallianwala Bagh and witness the patriotic retreat ceremony at Wagah Border.

Day 7

Departure from Amritsar

Important Information

We aim to make your journey as seamless and enjoyable as possible. To ensure a smooth travel experience, please take a moment to review the important details below before you begin your trip.

Check-in & Check-out Timings: Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and hotel policy.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Rates may vary during peak periods, holidays, or long weekends.
Travel Documents: Guests are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must carry their passports and valid visas.
Vehicle Usage: Vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary and point-to-point basis only. It will not be available for unlimited use or at disposal after the sightseeing tour ends for the day.
Monument Entry Fees: Entry tickets to monuments, camera/video charges, and local guide services are not included unless specified.
Meals: Meals are provided as mentioned in the inclusions. Any additional meals or room service will be chargeable.
Children Policy: Child rates apply as per hotel policy. Please check at the time of booking for extra bed or without bed options.
Unforeseen Circumstances: Rayna Tours is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes in itinerary due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Health & Safety: Guests are advised to carry necessary medication and check travel advisories before travel.
Amendments & Cancellations: Any changes after confirmation may attract amendment or cancellation charges as per hotel and transport policies.
Package Validity: The package cost and inclusions are valid for the period mentioned and may vary depending on travel dates and group size.

Booking Policy

We require a minimum of 7 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled departure, otherwise, we will charge you a cancellation fee as below:

• 50% of your total amount will be charged if you do not inform us of your cancellation (or any changes affecting the initial booking) by 6 to 3 days before your scheduled departure.

• 100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure or No show.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking and ensure smooth arrangements, please take note of our standard payment terms:

Booking Confirmation:

A minimum advance payment of 25%-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
The exact advance amount will depend on the type of package, hotel category, and travel season.

Balance Payment:

The remaining balance must be settled 10–15 days prior to the travel date.
For last-minute bookings (within 10 days of travel), 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

Mode of Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or an authorized payment gateway shared by Rayna Tours.
Credit/debit card payments may attract additional bank processing charges.

Booking Confirmation Vouchers:

Final confirmation vouchers (hotel, transport, sightseeing, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.
