Welcome to Almaty

Receive a warm reception as you touch down at the Almaty International Airport. After this, follow your friendly driver to the vehicle for a seamless transfer to your Almaty accommodation. Complete the check-in procedures and relax in your room.

Day 2

City tour

Almaty City Tour Start your day with an energizing breakfast session, and then prepare for an exciting exploration of the region on a Almaty city tour. Stop at the timeless Park of the 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, dating back to the 19th century. Pay respect to the Memorial of Glory with an eternal flame that has remained lit here since 1975. You will next visit the charming Zenkov Cathedral, which has stood the test of time, and the city’s largest square, Republic Square, with the iconic Independence Monument. Once the tour is done, get a stress-free transfer to your Almaty accommodation.

Important Information

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

You will receive the Booking Confirmation with flight ticket within 24 hours of the payment made.
Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test if required, travel insurance and other related documents.
You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

Important note:

Rooms and rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight and hotel fares may change at any point in time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In the case of an early arrival before the check-in time, rooms must be booked from the previous night with corresponding charges to guarantee early check-in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
All visa approvals or rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.

Cancellations due to any natural calamity a pandemic or any natural calamity leading to Force Majeure or lockdown in the destination resulting in flight or hotel cancellation will be subject to refund policies of the airline, hotel, etc. We will strive to obtain a maximum refund.

Booking Policy

In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Total amount of the flight & hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
The balance payment must be made 25 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
