Day 1

Day 1: Arrival in Almaty

Arrive at Almaty International Airport, where you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, the rest of the day is free at leisure to relax after your journey or explore the nearby surroundings on your own.

Day 2

Day 2: Full Day Almaty City Tour + Kok Tobe + Shopping

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day guided tour of Almaty, the cultural and commercial heart of Kazakhstan. Begin with a visit to the Park of 28 Panfilov Guardsmen, one of the city’s most iconic landmarks, followed by the beautiful Zenkov Cathedral, a striking wooden Orthodox church. Continue to the Memorial of Glory and Eternal Flame, dedicated to the heroes of World War II.

Later, explore the lively Arbat Street, a popular pedestrian zone known for local artists, cafés, and city vibes, followed by the Square of the Republic and the Monument of Independence, important symbols of modern Kazakhstan.

The tour also includes a visit to the famous Green Bazaar, a vibrant local market reflecting the traditional eastern trading culture, where travelers can shop for dried fruits, spices, souvenirs, and local delicacies. After breakfast, proceed to Almarasan Gorge, located southwest of Almaty at approximately 1,780 meters above sea level. This scenic mountain area is known for its fresh air, pine and fir forests, birch groves, and peaceful walking trails, making it a favorite getaway for locals and visitors alike.

Later, continue to the Park of the First President, a beautifully landscaped urban park ideal for leisurely walks and panoramic mountain views. The day is further enhanced with a Falcon Show, offering a glimpse into the region’s traditional hunting culture and the majestic art of trained birds of prey.

After the tour, return to the hotel.

Hotel confirmation, Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 72 hours prior to departure
