  • The provided gear includes Ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and helmets 
  • Children under 13 years old must wear helmets at all times.
  • To ride the Snow Bullet, children must be above eight years of age, at least 125 cm in height, and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults should not exceed a weight of 120 kg.
  • Mobile phones and cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
  • Drinking and eating are only permitted at the designated areas, namely Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant. However, their timings are subject to change, so kindly check their timings online prior to your selected date.
  • The Snow Daycation Pass includes optional activities subject to availability. If a chosen activity is unavailable on the visit date, guests can opt for another activity listed in the inclusions.
  • Slope access is available exclusively for experienced skiers and snowboarders.

  • Please be aware that the venue is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Unfortunately, pregnant ladies are not allowed to participate in the activities for safety reasons.
