Event Launch
- When you book this tour, you would receive a voucher over e-mail. This voucher is not the entry ticket to the Eiffel Tower. You have to exchange the voucher for the ticket before starting the tour.
- Your host would meet you right outside the Eiffel Towers to give you the tickets. Do not go to the Eiffel Tower directly.
- You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the specified time at the meeting point.
- All customers should be present at the meeting point to receive the tickets. Moreover, you would not receive the Eiffel Tower tickets in advance.
- As this is not a guided tour, your host would not accompany you once the tickets have been scanned.
- Skip the line tickets mean you do not have to line up in front of the ticket counters of the Eiffel Tower. While you would get priority access, you would have to wait patiently for security checks as well the elevators on the ground floor and second floor.
- These tickets give you priority access only up to the second floor. You have to use the standard access to reach the summit.
- The tower is accessible on a wheelchair, but only up to the second floor
- You would not find any luggage facility on the Eiffel Tower
- Anything with wheels, including non-folding prams, buggies, baby strollers, scooters, skateboards, roller boards, etc. is not allowed inside the Eiffel Tower.
- It is prohibited to carry sharp objects like knives, scissors, pocket knives, glass bottles, corkscrews, cans, padlocks, or anything that can explode inside the Eiffel Tower.
- Pets are not allowed inside the Eiffel Tower apart from animals accompanying disabled people
- In case the Eiffel Tower is closed to the general public due to safety or maintenance reasons, no refund or discounts would be offered
