Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kutaisi and Transfer to Tbilisi

Once you touch down at Kutaisi International Airport, our representative will greet you and escort you to the vehicle. Before traveling to Tbilisi, you get to freshen up and refuel your energy with a delicious breakfast at the hotel or a local restaurant in Kutaisi. You will arrive at your Tbilisi accommodation around 01.30 PM, where you can check in and spend the rest of the day unwinding in your room or exploring the city at your own pace.

Day 2

Tbilisi City Tour

Enjoy your breakfast and be ready as you join our representative for a Tbilisi city tour that will take you to the old city as well as its timeless sights. See the 13th-century Metekhi plateau and absorb the views of the Mtkvari River and the whole of the old town on a relaxed stroll. Next, you will board a cable car that takes you to the 4th-century Narikala Fortress, which is one of old Tbilisi’s centerpiece attractions.

The tour progresses as you catch a glimpse into the 17th-century underground sulphur baths known for their natural hot mineral waters (entry is not included). Another attraction you will visit is the 22-meter-high Leghvtakhevi Waterfalls. There are also stops at café-packed Chardeen Street, the synagogue, Rike Park, and the Peace Bridge. A return transfer to your Tbilisi accommodation is provided at the end of the tour.

Day 3

Ananuri – Gudauri - Kazbegi Tour

The highlight of day three is the full-day Kazbegi Tour, which will drive you out of Tbilisi to the 5000-meter-high Mount Kazbegi. Along the way, you will pause at the medieval Ananuri Fortress overlooking the timeless Jinvali Lake and Reservoir and the unequaled towering mountains and lush valleys. Continue to the Gudauri Friendship Monument before you will be transferred to Kazbegi. This is followed by a 4X4 tour that takes you to the 14th-century Gergeti Trinity Church with Mount Kazbeg and its untouched beauty as its backdrop. The tour concludes with a transfer back to Tbilisi.

Day 4

Transfer to Kutaisi and Kutaisi City Tour

Enjoy breakfast and utilize the time until noon to explore the attractions in the vicinity. After your Tbilisi hotel check-out at 12:00 hrs, our representative will transfer you to your pre-reserved accommodation in Kutaisi, 230 kilometers away. Our representative will be ready to take you on a guided Kutaisi city tour. Discover the region’s top attractions, including charming bridges, quaint streets, and elegant fountains, before you wind up the tour The rest of the day is all yours to discover Kutaisi’s shopping or culinary scene at a relaxed pace. 

Day 5

Airport Drop Off

Following a scrumptious breakfast and a leisurely morning in Kutaisi, your driver and vehicle will be ready to pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at Kutaisi International Airport. You can be assured that you will reach the airport in time to complete all formalities before you board the flight.

UAE residents, with a valid residence visa, can enjoy a free hassle free visa on arrival at Georgia. 

Important Information

• Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
• All the visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities. 
• Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same. 
• If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
• Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

Payment Policy:

·         Booking amount of AED 1800 per person is required at the time of booking.

·         The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.

 

Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:

·         You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.

·         Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure

·         Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.

·         You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

·         30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %

·         21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %

·         5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %
