Overview
    Experience the marvels of the African wilderness on our all-inclusive Kenya holiday package. Visit the picturesque town of Naivasha, discover the legendary Masai Mara Game Reserve, and have the most thrilling wildlife encounters, among others, all in four nights and five days. Besides guided tours and exciting experiences, it has accommodations in Nairobi and Masai Mara, plus convenient airport transfers.
Itinerary
Day 1
Arrival in Nairobi and Transfer to Naivasha

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), meet our representative, who will accompany you to Naivasha, about 2 hours away. Once you reach Naivasha, you will check in to your hotel and have lunch (Packed Lunch). In the afternoon, you can admire the region's rich wildlife with a scenic boat ride on Lake Naivasha (one of the region's hidden gems) or take an optional tour of the charming Crescent Island.

Day 2
Naivasha to Maasai Mara

Following breakfast, you will depart from Naivasha and embark on an enchanting drive across the Great Rift Valley. You will briefly pause along the way for souvenir shopping and to appreciate the captivating views. Stop for refreshments at Narok town and proceed to the legendary Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Experience a brief, exhilarating game reserve as you approach the reserve. Check in to your accommodation, and then enjoy your lunch. In the evening, you will set out on an introductory game drive to explore Masai Mara's wildlife before capping your night at the lodge with a relaxed dinner.


Day 3
Full Day Game Drive in Maasai Mara

Enjoy an early morning breakfast, then head for a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara Game Reserve with packed lunch boxes. Discover the verdant grassland, come face-to-face with various mighty animals, and immerse yourself in the sounds of nature. When it is time for lunch, your guide will take you to a safe, beautiful spot for a pleasant dining session amid the untouched reserve. After a full day of exploration and adventure, you will have dinner and spend the night in the lodge.

Day 4
Maasai Mara to Nairobi

Today, you will check out of the lodge and travel back to Nairobi. Check-in at your hotel when you reach here. You can spend the rest of the day at your leisure by relaxing in the room or exploring the city.

Day 5
Departure

Complete your hotel check-out formalities after breakfast and then join our representative, who will transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your return flight.

        Most of the nationalities can get E-VISA for Kenya. We can check the eligibility on https://evisa.go.ke/eligibility

        Optional Cost For E – VISA: AED 300 per person 

      Important Information
        • Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
        • In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
        • All the visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
        • Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
        • If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
        • Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.

      Booking Policy
        • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
      Payment Terms
        Payment Policy:
        • Booking amount of AED 2500 per person is required at the time of booking.
        • The balance payment must be made 30 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released. 

        Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
        • You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 48 hours of the payment made.
        • Flight ticket, Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
        • Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport with valid UAE residence permit, Emirates Id card, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
        • You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

        Cancellation Policy:
        • 30 days or more before the departure date – AED 2500
        • 30 to 21 days before departure date – 75 %
        • 21 days to 5 days before departure date – 90 %
        • 5 days to 0 days before departure date – 100 %

      Terms & Conditions
      • We reserve the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at our sole discretion, mainly if we deem it is vital for your safety or convenience.
      • Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
      • Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
      • Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
      • The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
      • Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
      • Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
      • We reserve the right to charge 100% No Show charges if guests do not turn up on time for the pick-up.
      • In any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location, then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
      • Seating arrangement is done as per the availability & it is decided by the Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
