Starting with a convenient private airport pick-up, it involves visiting all of the emirate’s main attractions on a Dubai city tour. Ascend the world’s tallest building (Burj Khalifa), go on a desert safari, enjoy a dhow cruise, and spend a day at the Global Village and Dubai Miracle Garden. Apart from accommodations in your preferred Dubai hotel, it includes daily breakfast and all transfers, such as airport drop-off.

Itinerary

Day 1

Airport Pick-Up and Burj Khalifa 124th +125th Floor Non-Prime Hours

Welcome to Dubai! After a warm meet and greet at the airport, a seamless private transfer will head you to your Dubai accommodation. Relax in your room after check-in, and later, tour the city’s most astonishing attraction, Burj Khalifa, during the relaxed, non-prime hours. A high-speed elevator ride will transport you to ‘At the Top’ observation on its 124th level.

You can gaze at the cityscape, desert, sea, and beyond from its floor-to-ceiling windows or step onto the outdoor deck for uninterrupted views. Climb the spiraling wooden steps to the 125th-level observation deck, where the traditional Arabian Mashrabiya-style décor, marvelous views, and immersive attractions promise an unparalleled experience. As you make your way down, watch an inspiring multimedia display on Dubai’s journey from a fishing village to a global city.

Day 2

Dubai City Tour and Dhow Cruise Marina

After breakfast, prepare for an enlightening tour of Dubai with an experienced English-speaking guide. Pass through Dubai’s iconic boulevards (like Sheikh Zayed Road) and enjoy photo ops at the celebrated landmarks, including the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab, Jumeirah Mosque, and the unequaled Palm Jumeirah. Enjoy the chance to wander the classic attractions that dot Old Dubai—check out Arabian bazaars or souks, stop at the Dubai Museum inside the city’s oldest fort (Al Fahidi Fort), and immerse yourself in the region’s old-world allure with its sandstone structures topped by traditional wooden wind towers.

Following the half-day city tour, you can spend the time until the evening at your pace. Be ready, as our representative will pick you up for an evening Dhow Cruise at Dubai Marina. It lets you appreciate the unmatched elegance of modern Dubai from the water aboard an atmospheric traditional wooden dhow. A lavish buffet dinner, fantastic music, and a live Tanura show round out your approximately two-hour sail.

Day 3

Miracle Garden and Global Village

After your breakfast, dedicate your third day in Dubai to visit the city’s much-awaited seasonal attractions: Global Village and Miracle Garden. With over 36 pavilions showcasing close to 80 countries, Global Village presents a kaleidoscope of culture, cuisine, and entertainment in its massive open-air space. You can also participate in a spectrum of action-packed activities and watch live performances in a pulsating carnival-like setting. 

Next, as you venture to Dubai Miracle Garden, get ready to be awe-struck by this colossal, colorful garden in the middle of the desert city. It is the world’s largest natural garden, spanning over 72,000 square meters. See over 150 million flowers arranged in breathtaking designs as you stroll its lush landscape, walk through the enchanting heart passage, and pose for clicks against the umbrella tunnel, to name a few. 

Day 4

Museum of the Future and Desert Safari

Your fourth day in Dubai starts with a filling breakfast at your hotel and a journey into the future at the Museum of the Future! Walk through its galleries that appear straight from a sci-fi movie, explore its high-tech exhibits that take you 50 years forward, and mostly, appreciate its avant-garde ring-like, steely structure with a hollow part in its middle.

After this, you will join our team for an exhilarating desert safari. Feel excitement levels soar on a 4x4 dune bash session, navigate the sands like ancient dwellers did on a camel ride, and participate in fantastic cultural activities like henna tattooing, Shisha smoking, etc. Before you wrap up your safari, sit down for a delicious BBQ dinner and watch traditional shows like belly dancing and Tanura performances.

Day 5

Airport Drop-off

Today, you will bid adieu to Dubai after breakfast and complete all check-out procedures. Pack the most treasured memories with you, as our representative will drop you off at the airport in time for your departure flight.

Visa Details

This package will come with 30 Days Visa included. You will have to provide the documents required to process the VISA. Our agent will get in touch you post booking to initiate the Visa process.

• Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
• To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
• Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
• Seating arrangement for all transfers are as per the availability & our tour manager allows it.
• The pick up/drop off timing can be modified as per the trip schedule. This also may change depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Private Transport can be organized on request for all tours.
• Leaving off your personal belongings like Media equipment, wallets or any other valuable items in our vehicles or tour sites is solely at your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
• No strollers allowed inside the vehicles without prior information so please inform us at the time of making the reservation.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities
• On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will be no live entertainment.
• Please read carefully and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the 'Terms and Conditions,' Price Grid and such other documents as may be applicable, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you affect the booking.
• Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
• Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID, and we have mentioned this information in the critical notes so please ensure that you read the critical information, we will not be responsible if you miss any tour where your passport or ID is mandatory.
• We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if the guest is not turning up on time for the pickup.
• No refund for partly utilized services.
• Due to any uncontrollable circumstances, i.e. (traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, delay by other guests, weather circumstances), if the tour gets delayed or cancelled, we will provide alternate options if possible.
• If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.

Booking Policy

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Payment Terms

• Total amount of the hotel cost is required at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made 21 days prior to the departure failing which the services may be released.
• Confirmation Vouchers & Travel Documents:
• You will receive the Booking Confirmation email within 24 hours of the payment made.
• Hotel / Land voucher and travel insurance will be given to you 48 hours prior to departure
• Please carry your original travel documents while travelling like valid passport, the hard copies of flight ticket, hotel & land confirmation voucher, Vaccination certificate, PCR test, travel insurance and other related documents.
• You are requested to check in online prior to the departure

• The rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flight & hotel fare may change at any point of time. Your earliest confirmation is highly appreciated.
• Hotel check- in time is 14:00 hrs. & check-out time is 12:00 hrs. In case of an early arrival before the check- in time, Rooms must be booked from the previous night with the corresponding charges in order to guarantee an early check in. Late checkout is subject to availability.
• In case the guest test positive after the PCR test then need to follow the local quarantine procedure. The cost would be paid by the visitor directly. Full package amount would be non-refundable.
• Any visa approval / rejections are subject to the rules and conditions of the respective authorities.
• Rayna Tours is acts as a facilitator for making travel arrangements and is not responsible for grant or rejection of customer's entry into any country in any manner whatsoever. The sole decision is of the concerned Embassy or Airline, Rayna Tours cannot be held liable for the same.
• If there is any changes or cancellation in flight which is done by airline due to any reason, Rayna Tours will not be responsible.
• Cancellation due to pandemic leading to Force Majeure and in the event of cancellation due to lockdown in the country of destination leading to flight cancellation, Flight and hotel cancellation & refund will be as per their policies of airline, hotel etc. Rayna Tours will try to get maximum refund.
